Literature Text

Upon occasion, dreams take precedence over each other.
But never, if when, should they take precedence over humans.
Tell me of your climb. Of your perilous odyssey through the crashing and slamming rocks of reality, and a harsh sea of circumstance, looking to a clear sky of dreams and what could be.
Do you really have an excuse?
Tear the smile from my wordy lips, chipping my already imperfect teeth. Slap my cheeky sense away from my face, the sight of my eyes held in weak lashes.
Tell me of your fall. Tears placed artfully in my boiling palm, my wrist encapsuled by your red hands. Of how you left behind the ground, reaching for the outer limits. You wish to come back down, but many of the safety strings you tied before you left were severed by flocks of innocent migrating birds. You've fallen up.
Crunch and grind kinks into my timeline, playing a grainy chalkboard accordion with my life.
But I'll be damned if you apologize.
I'm not sure what I'm doing.
Maybe studying for biology.

To fixing ones own problems, and perservering through the parts that make us human, to the parts that make us human.

I Was listening to a radiolab podcast before I read this about how words work in our brains and how we construct images with them. They used shakepeare as an example, pointing out how he put words together.
just thought you'd like to know that your methods are similar.
